Welcome to ReleaseCup. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to ReleaseCup.

ReleaseCup operates this website and related products, information, features and services. Our ecommerce services are provided using Shopify.

By visiting our website, purchasing a product or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our services.

1. Eligibility

By using our services, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a purchase agreement in your jurisdiction. You agree that all information submitted when placing an order is accurate, complete and current.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe our products. Product appearance, colour, packaging or minor design details may vary because of screen settings, photography, manufacturing updates, supplier revisions or product improvements. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without prior notice.

3. Product Use and Safety

ReleaseCup products must be used in accordance with the instructions supplied with the product and any safety information provided on our website.

Cupping may cause temporary skin marks, redness or similar effects. Customers should begin at an appropriate intensity and discontinue use if they experience unexpected or excessive discomfort.

Products should not be used on broken, irritated or injured skin or in any way inconsistent with the product instructions.

Our products and website content are provided for general body-care and recovery purposes and are not a substitute for individual medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, use an implanted electronic medical device, have circulation concerns, or are unsure whether a product is appropriate for you, obtain appropriate professional advice before use.

4. Orders

Submitting an order represents an offer to purchase. ReleaseCup reserves the right to accept, reject or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, pricing information is incorrect, payment cannot be authorised, fraud is suspected, or incorrect information has been supplied.

Payment must be successfully processed before an order is accepted. Customers should carefully review their order and shipping information before submitting payment.

5. Order Changes and Cancellations

We begin processing orders shortly after they are submitted. We will attempt to assist with cancellation or order-change requests where possible. However, once an order has been processed, fulfilled, dispatched or entered the delivery network, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If an order has already shipped, the applicable Refund Policy will apply after delivery.

6. Pricing

Prices and promotions may change at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed when your order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors. Currency may vary depending on the customer's location or store configuration.

7. Payments

You agree to provide valid and authorised payment information. Payments may be processed through Shopify Payments, PayPal or other approved payment providers. ReleaseCup does not control the independent terms imposed by third-party payment providers.

8. Shipping

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. ReleaseCup is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, transportation disruptions, peak delivery periods or incorrect customer address information.

9. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Our voluntary 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies only under the eligibility conditions contained in that policy.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

10. Intellectual Property

The ReleaseCup website and its original content, branding, graphics, photographs, videos, copy, product presentation, logos and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, copy, commercially exploit or create derivative works from ReleaseCup content without permission.

11. Reviews and User Content

If you voluntarily submit a review, photograph, video, testimonial, suggestion or other content to ReleaseCup, you confirm that you have the right to submit that content. Where permitted by law, you grant ReleaseCup permission to use submitted content for legitimate business, website and marketing purposes. You must not submit unlawful, misleading, infringing, abusive or fraudulent content.

Our services may contain links or integrations provided by third parties. We are not responsible for independent third-party websites, applications or services and their separate policies may apply.

13. Shopify

ReleaseCup uses Shopify to provide its ecommerce platform. Purchases made through the ReleaseCup store are transactions between the customer and ReleaseCup rather than between the customer and Shopify.

14. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website or services to violate applicable laws, commit fraud, infringe intellectual-property rights, distribute malware, interfere with website security, harvest customer information, submit deliberately false information or abuse our services. We reserve the right to restrict access where misuse is detected.
